The most well-known story is that the stone came from Jannah, or paradise, and was put in place by Hazrat Ibrahim and his son Hazrat Ismail. When they were building the Kabaah, they needed one more stone to finish the wall. Hazrat Ismail went to find a stone, but when he came back, he saw that the stone was already there. Hazrat Ibrahim said that the stone was delivered by Garbriel, an angel.
Prophet Muhammad said that the stone was originally white, but it turned black because of the sins of people. This shows how important it is to be good and avoid sin.
Even though there are different stories about Hajre Aswad, everyone agrees that it's a very special stone. It reminds Muslims of their faith and the importance of being good.
